All products that have been purchased from rasamusic.com are eligible for return if:
- You supply the receipt with the returned item.
- The item is unopened
- The item is returned to Rasa Music within 30 days of us shipping the product to you.
All refunds are for store credit.
If you receive a damaged/defective product or a product in error we will pay shipping charges for the item to be returned. For all other returns we will not pay the return shipping charge.
